In The Window Placement - AirSpace Gallery - Week Two - Open Call

This week I had a Zoom meeting with Glen Stoker at AirSpace to discuss the open call and upcoming selection for In The Window. We discussed the steers used in the writing of the open call for applicants, as well as the types of places it could be listed. A number of the sites I had noted in my research the week before are used by AirSpace and I now know to where to keep looking for potential opportunities in future. 

On Sunday evening, Glen will send over the applications for the current In The Window opportunity; I will have to read each proposal and make notes to be sent back to him by Monday evening, ready for selection on Tuesday. I am really excited to see the work artists have proposed for In The Window, keeping in mind to look for particularly innovative responses to the space.  I think seeing a varied selection of proposals, different artworks and resumés will really help when it comes to writing my own proposal for an exhibition for AirSpace's In The Window in the new year.
